Keto Diet for Fat Loss

What is a Keto Diet?

If you are having a bit of a challenge shedding fat, then I’d like torecommend that you try the keto diet and benefit from its appetite-repressing property. A keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet. (Yes,plenty of bacon and eggs, coconut ice-cream and butter-on-steak.) The concept is that you essentially force your body to run on fat and ketones as your fuel source, rather than carbs and glucose. And so, instead of burning sugar (as is the case when you consume carbs), your body will be more focused on burning fat. The definitive objective of a keto diet is spiking insulin-sensitivity, which will ultimately lead to fat loss. 

The keto diet is loaded with lots of wonderful health benefits, which is why I esteem it so highly! Here are some of the major advantages of the keto diet:
